Pilates For Life
After taking classes with Melissa for 8 yrs. I sitll enjoy coming to class keeping toned, flexible and feeling great.

After just 7 weeks with Melissa, I knew Pilates was the best thing I'd ever done for my overall health and well-being. Pilates has enabled me to resume many activities I had abandoned and significantly increased my strength, improved my posture and encouraged me to improve my lifestyle. Absolutely amazing results both physically and mentally in just a few short weeks!

During my private Yoga session with Dede, we took time with every pose to make sure I understood exactly where I was supposed to be positioning my body, and why. It really helped me focus on the benefit of each unique pose and has improved my personal practice at home and in class.

My private practice with Dede was wonderful; it allowed me to understand and appreciate my own practice more. Dede was able to give me a one-on-one experience to suit my specific needs as well as answer questions that I had about poses, breathing and the benefits of Yoga. My private lesson helps enhance my personal Yoga practice, whether at home or in the class. I have become much more aware of my body and its capabilities and how beneficial Yoga is to my life! I always leave feeling so glad I came to Yoga class!
